From FAT 2017 to PHATT 2018

I started my journey with  Phatt/Healthy Living in August 2017.  I was ill, obese, and I  weighed 85.6kg. Which is  approximately 30% above the normal weight for someone  of my height. I had health concerns that needed my attention.  I was experiencing body aches and pains throughout and  they were getting worse as each day  went by. Spurs in my heels that were  refusing to heal, and headaches that  were progressing into what seemed like migraines.  I  had no energy, felt very lethargic, and  needed to have a nana nap   everyday and some days the naps were so long it felt like I was sleeping day and night.   I felt unmotivated, irritable, 

and  depressed at my state of being. I hated the way  I was at my wits end when  I saw  an advertisement for Phatt/Healthy Living in Facebook.  At first I was very   sceptical about the program but after a few months  of procrastinating and getting sicker by the day I decided to do the 30 day  program. I was feeling unsure but excited at the same time to  achieving a healthier body.

What a great healing journey it has  been for me.  I am now experiencing  boundless amounts  of energy, much  more happiness in my life, and an  renewed quality of  health that is exceptional to none.  The Program

The PH@TT program has been specially designed to balance our hormones during the detox phase to teach our body to lose weight. We rest and repair the gut by mono-eating during this phase,and the low calorie intake is sustainable because we support our body with the highest quality, non-toxic nutrition on the market.

If you are looking to lose 10kg -15kg in 30-40 days this program is for you, and it can be repeated again if you want to lose more.​

Life doesn't allow us to go back and fix what we have done wrong in the past, but it does allow for us to live each day better than our last. 

The Three Step Process:

STEP 1

THE FIRST THREE DAYS

This is where you get off the sugar roller coaster,  get your appetite under control, and start to burn fat.  The first three days, you will begin your nutritional support, and quickly become a fat burning body, rather than a fat storage body. Typically after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores for energy.

STEP 2

FAT LOSS & DETOX

Part 1. This is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your food cravings,  stabilising blood sugar levels and most importantly your HORMONES. With food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity, and enjoy the increase in energy. The nutritional support for body and hormonal balance is vitally important. Part 2. Is the weight loss stage, and is vital to improve digestion, heal your gut, and get rid of inflammation in the body. This step lifts a low metabolism, improves the function of phase 1 & 2 of the liver and improves bowel function.  This stage is the weight loss and the healing stage, hence mono eating...One protein and one vegetable. The more variety of foods you put on your plate the more your digestion has to work. We need to improve the digestion to absorb nutrients from your food. Step 2 typically lasts 27 days during which time you will likely lose 10-15Kgs. However there is the option to extend this phase to 37 days for increased weight loss.
 

STEP 3

MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and to keep your hormones in balance - particularly your insulin levels (Insulin is the hormone responsible for the uptake of fat in cells). This phase will normally last 14-21 days... and gives you the opportunity for you to sustain a healthy lifestyle!

All 3 stages are important for successful weight loss, and if you want to lose more weight simply go back and repeat all steps!
